Step one of learning a piece of information is first trying to discover how you think of it. It is a naming game.
This activity had us take photos of six random objects in the room with us and then tie all the objects back to leadership. Below you will find two documents: (1) an image of my photo/ text collage which shows my current thoughts on leadership and (2) my brainstorming documentation, which contains a witty story about a dragon and her friend the bed bug... or was it an enemy.
It all boils back to my definition of leadership, which is both/ neither good nor bad, as leadership sets the tone and direction in which work will be done. Yet, I should note that I believe more often than not a leader is an idea not a person. People leaders are said to follow their heart, which is one example. Another example, is the ever imposing, leading and guiding STATUS QUO.
